QRalo is an app that helps users quickly scan QR codes and take appropriate actions based on the content.

- Raw QR code data recognized through the camera
- Scan history (up to 50 recent entries, stored locally on the device)

2-2. Information Transmitted When Using the QRalo Service
When scanning a QRalo-branded QR code (linked to the qralo.kr service), the following information may be sent to qralo.kr servers to retrieve the content registered for that QR:
- The scanned QR identifier

This is the minimum information required to look up the page associated with the QR.

2-3. Information Provided Through Customer Support
If the user contacts us via the feedback page on support.galimto.kr or by email, the following information may be provided:
- Name or nickname
- Email address
- Inquiry content
- Additional information attached by the user

3. Purpose of Use
QRalo processes information only for the following purposes:
- Scanning QR codes and executing the corresponding action by type
- Storing and displaying recent scan history on the device
- Retrieving QR content registered in the QRalo service
- Receiving and responding to customer inquiries
- Service improvement and error resolution

4. Device Permissions

4-1. Camera (Required)
Used to recognize QR codes. Video captured by the camera is analyzed in real time on the device only and is not transmitted externally.

5. Data Storage
- Scan history is stored only in local device storage (UserDefaults), keeping up to 50 recent entries.
- Users can delete scan history at any time from within the app.
- Content linked to QRalo service QRs is stored on qralo.kr servers.
- Inquiry information submitted through the support page may be stored in the support.galimto.kr system for customer support purposes.

6. Third-Party Sharing
QRalo does not sell user information and does not share any data with third parties.
The app contains no ad tracking, user analytics, or third-party SDKs.

7. User Choices and Controls
Users can control the scope of information processing in the following ways:
- Allow or deny camera access (denying disables QR scanning)
- Delete stored scan history
- Choose whether to scan QRalo service-linked QRs

8. Security
QRalo strives to apply reasonable security measures to protect user information.
