ThinkNote is an app that helps users record their thoughts by voice and review or organize them later.
This privacy policy explains what information ThinkNote processes, for what purposes, and how user information is protected.

- Voice recording data
- Speech recognition result text
- Memo content edited or saved by the user
- App settings
This information is stored and managed on the user's device by default.

- API keys for external AI services
- Other settings entered in the Settings screen
This information is only used when the user explicitly provides it.
2-3. Information Provided Through Customer Support
If the user contacts us via the feedback page on support.galimto.kr or by email, the following information may be provided:
- Name or nickname
- Email address
- Inquiry content
- Additional information attached by the user
3. Purpose of Use
ThinkNote processes information only for the following purposes:
- Providing voice memo storage and retrieval
- Converting voice to text
- Providing AI refinement features requested by the user
- Saving app settings and maintaining functionality
- Receiving and responding to customer inquiries
- Service improvement and error resolution
4. External Services
4-1. Apple Speech Recognition
Apple's speech recognition may be used to convert voice to text.
4-2. External AI Services
Only when the user enters an API key, the corresponding external AI service may be used for text refinement or summarization.
Examples: Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google
These features only operate when the user explicitly activates them or enters an API key.
5. Data Storage
- Voice memos, text memos, and settings are stored on the user's device by default.
- API keys entered by the user are used only within the scope necessary for app functionality.
- Inquiry information submitted through the support page may be stored in the support.galimto.kr system for customer support purposes.
6. Third-Party Sharing
ThinkNote does not sell user information.
However, when necessary to provide features explicitly requested by the user, minimal information may be transmitted to external services.
For example, when using the AI refinement feature, text data may be sent to the relevant AI service.
7. User Choices and Controls
Users can control the scope of information processing in the following ways:
- Allow or deny microphone access
- Allow or deny speech recognition access
- Choose whether to use external AI features
- Choose whether to enter API keys
- Delete saved memos
8. Security
ThinkNote strives to apply reasonable security measures to protect user information.
However, some risks may arise depending on the user's device environment or external service usage, so caution is advised when entering sensitive information.
9. Children's Privacy
ThinkNote is not designed as a service primarily targeting children.
